You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the accuracy of your registration info. Sharing premium accounts with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

SafalPrep is a self-study helper supplement. We make no official guarantee or warranty of passing any specific competitive exam (such as the UPSC CSE or state-level exams). SafalPrep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Union Public Service Commission or any official government agency.
4. AI Guidance Disclaimer
SafalPrep leverages artificial intelligence to curate personalized study roadmaps and power the AI Mentor. All AI suggestions and recommendations are advisory. Aspirants must exercise personal judgment and cross-reference crucial static curriculum details and notifications.
5. Subscription & Payment Plans
If you purchase a premium plan, you agree to pay the fees specified (including applicable taxes) via our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing period. All subscription payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local consumer protection laws.
6. Prohibited Actions
- Perform content scraping, harvesting, or automated copying of study material, questions, or system codebase using bots or scripts.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, API endpoints, or database structures.
- Disrupt or overburden the platform's technical infrastructure or system load.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on the platform—including trademarks, logo designs, custom study plans, practice questions, and proprietary software code—are owned by SafalPrep and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SafalPrep, its founders, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, usage of, or inability to use the platform.
